There is the answer.  After a wild first minute of trading and then a pause of another seven minutes, the price is down.  It is down in line with the trading as may have been expected before the paint job at yesterday's closing bell.  Moreover, bid and ask volumes have dried to nearly nothing, with the weight of the market favoring even lower prices ahead.
