While these may be truths - I don't know - it sounds like promotional BS to me. One can "anticipate" anything, or say so. Buying a lottery ticket is a form of anticipation too. And how can one "anticipate" term sheets from "international companies" who supposedly can't even travel for a site visit? Would either offer a term sheet ahead of a site visit? If so, which is just a formality, the term sheet or the site visit?
So many questions, so few real answers, so little substantive progress!
