Does Brett Gross- like everyone else- understand that his pointless lawsuits stand as an obstacle to concluding a deal for the funding of drilling?

Would he give an accounting of how these lawsuits benefit the company and its shareholders? If he can not- why is he persisting?

Does he understand that it is his fiduciary duty to conclude that funding deal? And that these lawsuits are interfering with his ability to do so?

And if he understands and agrees with the above- could he explain why he hasn't already and why he shouldn't drop the lawsuits as soon as possible. 

If he doesn't agree with the above- could he please give an explanation for his actions and of his considered reasoning to the shareholders.
