Any CEO worth a teaspoon full of salt would never haver created such petty lawsuits in LBSR.  They are indeed very malicious and yet extremely PETTY.  It is obvious that BG does not have our interest in mind or heart, but he fully seems to want to be volitous to shareholders only to serve his own purposes, and 1 in particular is that, to destroy JB any way he can.  Sitting there as a "FAKE" unelected CEO.
