Brethren, not to toot my own horn, but you can't fight the fundamentals.  2 cup and handles within the past 3-4 months... look at the accum. of shares over that time (chart time!, stochastics!, macd!).  And remember that most of those officers' and privates' warrants strike prices are at or below .003, some as low as .0004.  Many are exercising and buying.  Volume is everything, without dilution.  ty BG!  Deal is imminent (1-16 weeks).  go team.  j
