This could be because good news in coming, or it could be that BG is putting the cart before the horse.

He may be reacting to the recent surge in PPS and wants to take us off the OTC.

That would explain the 500:1 because a stock has to be over $1.00 and 100:1 wouldn't have done it.

But if there is no good news attached to this, just his greed for more shareholders, then he has just killed this for all of us. I have a sick feeling. Hope I'm wrong.

The bid/ask right now is a free-for-all as I suspect some are pulling out their money to wait and see.
