How did you know about the coffee pot?  

I've never heard that story before, but if an armed guard did go and confiscate everything, there must have been a good reason, I'd imagine.  

I think that we can debate this until the cows come home, but until/if we see what the claims are in these lawsuits, we are just speculating.
