I believe that the first issue you raise is related to property that belongs/belonged to JABA Inc., JABA being JBs lifes' work much of which is devoted to the Tombstone caldera.  JABA is JBs company, and I believe it still exists (but not as a public company).  JB founded LBSR and gave some JABA information to LBSR.  BG wants all of it as it may lead to finding and perhaps exploiting other targets in the caldera.  

...my understanding, not necessarily fact, and no, I have not seen any court-related documents. 

I really don't care about anything else in this matter, except I hope that JB can recover his differed salary that seems to have been confiscated. 

Also, I doubt that anything will be concluded on or around March 5.
