I don't recall anything like that.  Could you be confusing that with the fact that an armed security person and others showed up at the warehouse to confiscate all of JBs records, relevant or not (including a coffee pot)?  To my recollection it was not JB who was withholding information from the board, it was one or more board members withholding information from him.
