I don't know if this logic applies- but- after the RS, just like everyone has 1/500ths the shares, everyone has 1/500ths the votes. But since the RS applies to everyone, the ratio of everyone's votes to everyone else's remains the same.
But the question arises- what about the supershares? Each tranch of 200 "supervotes" would be based on 1/500ths fewer "base" votes. And so there should be a proportional reduction. But- I think- not really- since each of those 1/500ths fewer base votes is still multiplied by an uncorrected factor of 200. Has that 200x multiplier also been reduced by a factor of 500- then equaling 2/5's an extra vote? If not- then that multiplier is wildly out of proportion- giving the BOD, although fewer total votes, a vastly greater proportion of the total votes and thus even more power.
Please feel free to correct me if my logic and/or math is incorrect. But seems that those 200 extra votes for each regular BOD vote has become way out proportion- even more so than before.
