"We currently have no outstanding litigation as of 10/31/2019 would be incorrect."

Some of us here back then kept repeating that this statement was incorrect.  Perhaps someone was hoping that shareholders - and potential partners too - would not notice.  We did.  Eventually, quarterly reports included the correct state of affairs regarding litigations.

I don't recall if that earlier report was ever formally corrected, but one could always claim the error/oversight/misrepresentation? was merely a clerical error.  Use your own judgment.
