NU taken aback?  As he is, quite more than likely, BG, I imagine his only regrets are a lack of universal shareholder kowtowing to his every move.

Never mind, he doesn't need shareholder support anyway.  He has all he needs to do as he wishes. Quite an accomplishment, unusual in the extreme.  Can he keep it together this way?
