Pretty sure it is the form required to be filed when they do a private placement or similar fund raising.

Looks as tho they have already collected a little over $150K from a total of eight investors, four of which appear to be BG, PO, Boyd Gordon (another director), and Pat Madaris (CFO).

Don't see anything on the web site about it.
