"Slow but steady decline in stock value".
Of course. Without news of a deal for drilling- why wouldn't it drift down- as it always has. And now maybe with a little help, too. Yesterday's slow action was very curious. The PPS remained up for most of the day- up about 6-7% - I believe about $1.18. But then at the close- dropped suddenly to $1.08, I believe. Now- action in either direction at the close in and of itself is not unusual. But the thing is- it looks like that 1.08 trade was actually made much earlier in the day. And then it seems as if it were held and switched around and stuck on the end of the day specifically to drop the closing price. I'm not sure how that was done- or- by whom- but it sure seems like manipulation was the name of the game. And now we see what may be some kind of a private placement. Nice for the PPS to be nice and low to start with. Just more shares for the buck for the BOD? Good way to concentrate even more ownership power into their hands. As well as more profit. And what would be the options to cut out the regular shareholders? Would they have the votes to "go private", for example? On basically whatever terms they wish?
