"No one new has been visiiting" 

 "travel restricitons in place involving some of our international interested parites but have recently become stricter."

Very disturbing.

No one new visiting? And "strict" travel restrictions are responsible? Is this guy kidding? People are managing to do business all over- as well as right around the corner. Only Brett Gross seems to have a problem with this. Bogus. 

It seems more likely that it is the result of Gross's efforts consisting of something like sticking a cardboard  handwritten "For Sale" sign on a stick out on the corner of one of his new "access roads" and waiting for someone to drive by and  stop in.

(Of course- no one would be home, anyway.)
