Unfortunately, Gross's perstent silence is quite telling. If his intentions really were good and the lack of deal  simply the result of an honestly slow process- which is possible- then he should have nothing to hide and should communicate such to the shareholders- not by trotting out poor Tracy - but by meeting with us himself via an open forum- by telephone or- ideally by video- so that there can be a genuine back and forth. The shareholders are entitled to get a sense of who he really is and what are his intentions- which can only happen through an inperson interaction. Hiding behind Tracy and the extremely rare and meaningless published statement is insufficient.

On the other hand- his persistent and stubborn silence is consistent with our suppositions about his intentions and only reinforces and confirms our suspicions as to what might be going on.

So- for the umpteeth time- I am calling for a video conference- not a written President's Statement- with the shareholders to clear the air and reassure us that we are on track. 

Continued refusal to do so will tell us all we need to know.
