At some point one of these four or more potential partners will sign partly because they believe that they have to get in before the others. That's my positive take and I'm sticking with it. I say four because if I understand correctly we have multiple U.S-based and multiple international interested parties. Repeat after me: "it's gonna happen soon. It's gonna happen soon. It's gonna happen soon..."
