I said this way back when he gave himself the "Super Duper" shares that he had a plan to take control of this entire thing for himself. I still think the sec should be called. I can't see how what he did is legal. He has 100% control given to himself by himself!  That can't be legal. Nothing is going to happen here until he owns 100% of the company by way of taking it from us.  He's simply using his lawyer skills to take it from everyone.
