Any chance you are related to smokingreen?

Personally I like reading about what is going on around Hay Mountain - it indicates that mining is picking up in Arizona and elsewhere, and that the people in charge of land in other areas of the region are capable of making deals.  Therefore maybe we have a chance also.  Maybe if someone analyzed why and how the other companies made deals, we could learn something about making deals.

And just because the stock price has jumped a couple of times doesn't mean diddly-squat (unless you are lucky enough to sell at the top).  Look at Bitcoin, or Tesla, or GameStock.
