Valid?  What the heck does that mean?  What does she know about law? 

There has to be some evidence of validity, or the court would reject the action.  And, of course, she is probably just referencing BGs lawsuit, not JBs countersuit.  So in this context, the countersuit is probably just as "surprisingly valid."  

However, and from the little that I've been able to glean, I think that the "surprisingly valid" claim filed by BG is picayunish and designed more to be harassing than anything else.  My evidence is in the fact that no criminal charges surround the civil one(s).  Would such not drive home BG point, if true?  [Having said these things, I have not read any of the filings.  At any rate, I wish the court would accelerate these things and get them out of the way,]

In the meantime, I want to puke, too, ...on BGs desk!
