I think we all realize that Gross is going to do whatever he wants, however he wants, and at whatever speed he wants, and minority shareholders be damned, unless he gets challenged with a lawsuit.  That is the only language he understands or responds to.  Basically we are all screwed, and have been from the moment he took over the company.
