Well thought out post IMO.  My ans is they dont what they are doing. As has been stated "HM" already has all of the needed geological testing programs completed to advance a phase1 drill program.  No sound mining logic here as this is switching canoes in the middle of the stream.  Which seems like a very dumb move here for LBSR!  But hey they didnt ask for my advice,so?
