So Brett . . . maybe you can explain something. When this whole R/S thing started- the big line- the main rational- was that by "correcting" the share structure and raising the share price out of pennyland and into a more "respectable" range ( see how long that lasted)- we would attract a different class of investor and potential real partner. So how has that worked out? As far as I can tell- the current crop of sleazeball loansharks- including this latest- you are dealing with are of the same caliber as  all the previous. In fact- Triton- with its immediate and rampant dumping seems even worse. And- by the way- at least with Triton you were talking about enough money to be able to accomplish more than just keeping the lights on- so what happened to all that money? It looks like we are now once again nickle and diming just to keep the lights on- certainly not spinning up any drills- and resuming the inevitable diluting spiral- with nary a drill rig in sight. And- in the meantime- since that great R/S move- the value of our investment has further plummeted closer to zero- as predicted by many, including myself.

So- what's the plan? Is there some plan not visable to us wherein you are about to announce a JV and the "middle of the month" start of drilling? Or is it more of the same spinning nonsense? You owe the shareholders an explanation, especially after the big Red Rock Canyon misadventure buildup. And please don't someone tell me to ask Tracy. Number one- she is not the decision maker here- and number two- she won't respond to me any longer since she doesn't think I have been properly deferential to our "Mr. Big". 

 Brett- why don't you earn your deference and respect and give us a proper accounting of what's going on. Not the usual puffed up, boilerplate pompous nonsense. And- if you can't announce some real progress- namely- the start of drilling- preferably at Hay Mountain- then you should announce a plan to turn over the reigns to someone who might actually get something accomplished.
