You probably saw my response from Tracy a couple weeks ago. Here it is with a first sentence that I forgot to include:

"Work continues at RRC. Dr. Fink is preparing his IP (geophysics) report as described in the latest news release. We have other contractors lined up for the next steps. Patricia (VP Finance) is working on the 10K with the auditors so we will have news by early May." Then a sentence saying if they have material news before that they will report it. You said "inquiry made" so I'll be interested in what Tracy has to say to that--especially if she directly addresses that permitting matter.
