How does it happen that LBSR gains 15+ percent and outside the range of bid/ask prices? And on one trade only (of two thousand shares)?
Who would intentionally do such a thing, and why? Is a new financing in the works that might explain this?
I understand that only a broker can accomplish such a trade (legally or not), everyone else being limited to trading within the closest range of bid and ask prices. Am I wrong about that?
By the way, I think yesterday's closing price was a new all-time low in the post-RS period.
Anyway, it's nice to see a bright spot today in a broadly dark market sector.
