Are you referring to the after-hour trade today of 38k shares at $0.0505, down 14.4 percent on the day and nearly tied for an all-time low?  That was almost 45 percent of the day's volume of about 90k shares.  

Hmmm.  After-hours trades like this seem to come in clusters.  If so, we will probably see more of this controlled/managed selling.
