There has been another change in upper management share ownership.

Peter O has increased his share holdings, as of the SEC report filed July 27th, to 4,351,160 shares, which is 16.5% of the total outstanding regular common shares (26,383,580).  Assuming Gross still owns what is shown on the annual report, which was 2,643,413, his percentage ownership is now 10.02%.  PO has more than doubled his number of shares from what was on the annual report, year end being January 31st.

Wondering what this all means (if anything) - maybe PO knows of some good news that is coming?  Or could a coup be in the making?  Or does he just have more money than he knows what to do with and is willing to fund the company since Sixth Street Lending seems to have dropped out of the picture.
