The last annual report shows Gross owns 2,643,413 shares (not including super shares), which at the time was 12.60% of all outstanding shares.  PO had 1,939,306, or 9.33% (not including supers).

With the latest filing and PO's recent acquisition, he apparently now has 3,160,315 shares, or 12.79%.  Unless Gross has also increased his shares since the annual report, his percentage would be down to about 10.70%.

Neither one has really lost any control, unless they have a falling out.  Today's closing price was over $0.06 - maybe Pete knew something was coming.  If Gross comes along and exercises all his options, then I would gingerly suspect that something was in the works.
