If LBSR's Board operates like normal Boards, they can fire anyone by majority vote.  Share ownership would not matter.  On the other hand, who serves on the Board is based on shareholder votes.

I'm just saying BG and PO have to stick together.  They each own roughly the same amount of shares - 11-12-13% of regular and 50% of supers.  If they become disenchanted with each other, one or the other would be able to get the other out of the way if they gather enough of our votes.
