On a very exciting and positive day for natural resources stocks, generally speaking, LBSR was down on thin trading.  And it closed at a NEW ALL-TIME LOW of 3.52 cents, off about 8 percent.  There were 14 trades over 8,240 shares.  The opening trade was for 3.71 cents, and the day's high was 4.1 cents.
