That is why wise companies have an outside director or two to get different perspectives on things.  Peter was an outside director but is now an insider with, what, 15+ years on the BOD?

However, I sense he is beginning to flex his authority as Chairman and controlling shareholder.  If so, let's see what fruit comes from that.  Fingers crossed.
