"What does it all mean?"

While it looks like they want more control and maybe improved investment positions, the second part of that, I think, lacks evidence without the other board members demonstrating any purchasing beyond what one or two did years ago when first appointed to the board.  Therein is a lack of interest, and I'd like to know why.
