I think I said the market showed essentially no reaction to the news because trading was nearly non-existent.  And, yes, I did catch the irony in Pete's statement, given that since JB was ousted, there have been no shareholder votes on anything, though not required by the company's charter/articles of incorporation.  To me, and over this period, that's an abuse of shareholders as bad as the worst abuses thrown around about JB, true or not.  

And trading today, at least so far, is about the same - the share price is flat at 5 cents over five trades totaling 1,600 shares. 

Who the heck is trading 300+ shares at a time?  Fifteen dollar trades?  Can there be a Market Maker for LBSR?  ...doesn't seem likely.
