Hudbay has three virtually contiguous, near-surface, rich porphyry copper deposits SSE of Tucson not far from Tombstone/Hay Mountain.  These are on flat ground with immediate access to needed infrastructure.  The discovery was exceptionally good for Hudbay because they were able to drop - for now - development work on their highly contentious Rosemont project, which they bought from Augusta Resources many years ago.  Their projects in AZ get talked about here from time to time.
