Thanks, Willy. Your thought on Triton having the right to buy that 2 million and some shares and why they'd wait until the S/P goes above .40 is what I was thinking too. No really. But it does get more complicated with some formula that determines how many and when Triton can buy--for example, based on the 49,813,861 shares currently issued and outstanding and their ability to buy up to one million shares of LBSR over a five-year period beginning August 20, 2021. But there is also mention Triton being able to SELL shares in a few different ways, but I won't bore anyone with details like that. It may seem unrelated, but I think Pete having so many shares does make this Triton agreement somewhat more favorable to LBSR.
