Firstly, this company writes among the most stilted press releases I've ever encountered.  What's said here is, "Hey, we are still drilling.  Be patient."

You asked about this:  "...hydrothermal alteration along with sulfides..."

It means they've stopped drilling RRC and have moved to drilling the copper skarn at Hay Mountain.

I don't know, but I can only guess that what feels like very slow progress is because the drill rig is track-mounted. 

And, it looks like this PR is only to confirm what was posted here from Tracy a couple of days ago.
