Nothing like that is possible for LBSR as of now.  It will take a lot more drilling and permitting before that can happen with the likes of Royal Gold.*  Sometimes, however, a processor will buy rights to future production at a discount to current prices.  That can hurt later, and I've not seen that often. 

Even then, about half the time, it is something of a hoax to boost a stock's price with an unproven asset.  After all, it doesn't cost much, if anything, to get another party to promise to buy something when there is little chance of it being presented.  

Please don't take me wrong on that second paragraph.  It's just background related to the question and not all about LBSR.

*Certainly, Royal Gold or some other company can be approached at any time to catch their interest.  In my opinion, though, there is unlikely to be news of a contract at this stage of drilling, and not before a lot more is accomplished.
