Here is the link to the SEC Edgar site for LBSR:

It gives you a list of all the financial filings for LBSR (Form 4 filings do not usually show up here). 

Once you get there, the Form name is in the left column (Filings); Filing Date is over to the right.

For the filing you want, click on the Documents oval to show the forms; usually clicking on the first item in the Document column (shown in red) gives you everything you need.

The 10-Q filed on 2023-12-15 is for the third quarter.
