A new S-1 A (amendment #2) about Triton and their warrant agreement, but at a quick glance, I cannot see any difference from the earlier S-1 and first amendment. Always looking for smarter people than me to interpret these things. Is it more favorable to us, less so, or really no difference? Still says exercise price of warrants is .4015.
