Yes, I understand.  I began my return here at, I think, 4.8 cents.

Being cautious is not an opportunity lost if one eventually takes advantage as the situation warrants.  Being "all in" at once is never a good idea, lest things turn south quickly.  And I can tell you from experience that no matter how favorable things may look at any one time, the risk for something coming out of left field also seems to rise - political, legal, geotechnical, etc.

Somewhat related to that, wiser heads than I pointed out my mistaken thinking yesterday, so I repurchased what I sold (plus a bit more) this morning and, on average, for a penny less than what I sold it for.  I still have cash (and will have) on the side to add as conditions warrant.  I'm sure others are doing the same.
