Could that make the share price drop?  Probably.  And for a time.  But we could be better off for it if such a financing makes us even more attractive to a partner later.  I've mentioned before how majors are reluctant to do their own work.  The more we do before having a partner, the wealthier the type of junior we can attract - first-tier v. second-tier.  

It depends on the mix and grades, I suppose. 

Anyway, under our articles of incorporation, none of this will be up to us.
