The number of shares traded daily is low. It will be interesting to see what happens to volume when news is available. For now it seems to trade in a range of 38 cents to 54 cents. If that holds, then buying opportunities are somewhat predictable. With only 48 million shares outstanding tiny buys can have big impacts. It's wise to wait wait for those buying dips. Hopefully there is news during late April to July period.
