I don't know about potential partners buying up shares- but I have had the impression over a period of time that there has been specific effort to hold the share price down. Easier to do with low volume and demand- and, of course, with little demand, one would expect the PPS to go down. Supply and demand- that's the way it's supposed to work. But it just seems that every time there has been a bump up in the PPS - it has been promptly countered by a much lower bid- immediately lowering the share price. It doesn't seem to be someone looking for a bargain to load up by buying low- that would be natural. But instead the amounts appear to be tiny- too tiny- just enough to lower the PPS and blunt any rising pattern. I don't know if anyone else has had the same impression. But to me it does look like someone is trying to keep the share price down. Which, I guess in the long run might be a good thing if it's part of an effort to make a large partner scale buy in at a lower share price.
