A 14(c) was filed stating that Pete owns 25,000,607 shares and also increasing the number of authorized shares from 75,000,000 to 150,000,000. It also says that the company does not have any definitive plans to issue more shares and the authorization of new shares is not being done, "for the purpose of impeding any takeover attempt." I think the 14(c) also says because Pete has 83.4% of the voting stock there is no need for a shareholder meeting to approve the increase of authorized shares.
