Even capitalized values are not really valid for comparison; capitalized values move in tandem with share price.

Currently LBSR is at 8.2M; Aztec is at 13.4M.  But a month ago LBSR was at 14.5M, and three months ago LBSR was at 18.5M.  If you go back to around the first of March when our stock price hit around $0.80, our capitalized value would have been close to 40M.

Yet Aztec is "an advanced-stage explorer with projects in multiple locations", so it seems like it certainly should be 'worth' more than LBSR.
