A form 3 was filed giving Gerardo King the right to buy 75,000 shares of common stock at .16. Could this explain the unusually high (at least for lately) number of shares traded today, 173,040, or is this not how it works? I was especially wondering this since the stock option price of .16 is so close to the .1580 closing price. If this is not the reason for the # of shares traded, I am still curious when this relatively high number of shares trades who is buying and who is selling.  Any smart people want to help out?
