A new 10-Q was filed today. The only thing of interest I saw was that there are now 50,976,252 outstanding shares. That's a couple million more (I think) than the approx. 48 million I've been seeing for a while. Shares mostly to Diagonal? Also, $8,251 in cash and cash equivalents as of July 31, but maybe that is higher now after Pete's advances and the Diagonal loan. (That compares to $72,099 as of Jan. 31.) Always looking for experts to help sort it all out (Bill? Anyone?)
