New 8-K released today doubling authorized shares from 75,000,000 to 150,000,000. I could have sworn something like this was done already. With the news release saying that it was not being done because of any takeover attempt. I'm too lazy to go back and crosscheck. Now my question is if any authorized shares become issued shares, does PO have to buy more shares to keep his 51% ownership? I hope we get some news soon that would mitigate any need to issue new shares. I know Tracy can't do it, but I wish the company could note that we are talking to multiple potential partners, which has been done in the past. Maybe a fear of overpromising, or maybe any partners are waiting to hear RRC analysis and/or 3-D modeling, and or "mechanized" work at RRC. I hope we don't have to wait for the last one and can actually get funding to help us do that mechanzied work. Come on LBSR, let's be a mover in Vancouver!
