Thanks Willyd. But in general, let's say, if enough shares were issued to make them outstanding then theoretically, it seems Pete would have to keep up and buy more to keep at 51%. Maybe it won't have to come to that since, as you say, they are NOT oustanding at least yet, and he has an abundant amount of common shares and the super shares.
