It does look like GHS had to settle with the SEC on August 19th, 2024, but I am too lazy to read the whole thing. I tried to go to their website which I think is GHSCAP.com but it seemed to need a password to open. Well, I guess the bright side of all this is if they did do something wrong or at least not quite kosher, they'll probably be squeaky clean now.
